Good read, thanks for the share. Another old article that stuck with me about Apple's business model is this.

Basically it's an article talking about how Apple's business model allows for more privacy for their customers. This i think leads to more trust in the company, which I think will help bring forth the future Tim Cook had imagined.

"Your passport, your drivers license, and other important documents can be digitally stored in a way that’s safe, secure, and easy to access — but only by you. After all, we shouldn’t have to trade our security for the convenience of having all of this information at our fingertips."
