Installed FiveIRows but can't get the 5th row

I'm on 4.1 and have Five Icon Dock and Five Column SpringBoard and those 2 work fine. FiveIRows doesn't seem to be recognized and its downloaded and showing up in my Cydia packages.

Is this an issue with 4.1 or am I doing something wrong.
