Instagram banned my iPhone and is there a quick way to view messages from months ago?

hey can you please help...

1. My iPhone got banned from Instagram like I have an account that works but I cannot log into any account at all my iPhone itself is banned.

2. Is there an app in the Apple Store or Cydia that help me look through my messages fast .. Like from 5 months ago?

Please help I've been looking for solutions for these question for days and have found nothing. Thanks

How do you know it's banned? Maybe it's just log in issues. I've been there before. Does it say your phone is banned? Is there a reason they may have banned your phone? What did you do?
