In the Year ( Moments, Daily) screen, why is it that some years show a description and others don't.

By the Year having a description one can click on that description and see the pics shown on a world map. I know it doesn't work the same as IPhoto ( mores the pity ) but this is the closest one can get to it.

It depends on if your location was registering at the time of the photo or not
