In reboot loop (and extremely buggy jailbreak)

First time on the forums. iPhone 4 is on 5.0.1 jailbroken with redsnow, home button broken.

So now it's stuck in a reboot loop for no apparent reason. All of a sudden, it entered safe mode. Then i restarted it to get back into 'normal' mode, and here comes the boot loop.

What to do? I need to use my phone quick....

Also, seems the iPhone randomly enters safe mode for these days. Did not install anything new at all from cydia. (In fact, avoided cydia since everytime i use it some kind of problem is created.) It's all so random!!! I want to restore, but dont think my buggy iPhone is capable of the iOS 7.....any advice from gurus out there?

Fix home button, enter DFU mode and upgrade to iOS 7
