Impending iPad mini refresh again said to be bringing a 'complete redesign'

Apple is widely expected to announce a new iPad mini before the end of the year and Bloomberg's Mark Gurman has again reiterated the expectation that we will see a "complete redesign" this time around.

I'm not sure that I'd be interested in a smaller iPad, but I am intrigued by these rumors and will be eager to see what is fact and what is fiction.

I assume the “complete redesign” means it’ll have the flat sides like it’s larger sibling.

I've also heard that there will be more screen real estate. If this is true, I may be interested.
