I've paid for iMovie app but it is taking forever to load. I'm using the new iPad on IOS7. Is this a common problem?

After more than 15 years covering everything Apple, it’s with a heavy heart we announce that we will no longer be publishing new content on iMore and the iMore forums will be closing as of November 1st, 2024.
Not that I'm aware of. Try rebooting your iPad and then try re-initiating the iMovie app to see if it loads quicker.
