iMessage phone number deleted

I accidentally deleted a phone number i need. I'm trying to find the phone number, is there a record of the numbers I have used with iMessage like with sms?

Yes. If you type in a part of the phone number when starting a new convo, recently contacted numbers show up.

Open the Messages App... message history will show contacts and those you entered manually.
