For beginners how do you transport a standard JPEG image to fit a standard 4.7 DVD disc

What exactly are you asking? "Transport"?
Are you asking how to copy a single JPEG file to a DVD?
Something else?
What device are you "transporting" it from?
Are you wanting the DVD to "play" on a DVD player? Or simply be a data file?

More information is needed.

I mean convert. I bought an image a few months ago on a website & I would like to convert that JPEG image & make it fit on a standard DVD. I'm not sure how to do it in Adobe Photoshop

Chris, I still have no idea what you are talking about.

What format is the image that you purchased? Any number of regular graphics software programs can convert image files from one format to another including several free ones (paint.net, GIMP, etc). And Photoshop certainly can convert between formats.

But what do you mean when you say that you want to "make it fit on a standard DVD"? A "standard" DVD can hold 4.7 GB. Is the file larger than that? If so, then you need to use software to make it smaller. And then you can copy/burn it to a blank DVD."

But it's not clear what you are trying to do by "making it fit on a standard DVD".

Did the link I posted help you?

That link worked great but it there a way to reposition the text so the middle circle doesn't cover it
