Why not use iCloud backup? Backup the 5 to the cloud then restore the 6 from the backup. The 6 will be identical to the 5 after the restore.

by the way - that which was given above is an appropriate answer. No 3rd party apps are needed to transfer content between iPhones... Sync and Back up to iTunes or iCloud on old device... then sync to iTunes and restore on the new one... that's how it's made to work...
