I'm connected to my wifi but it keeps saying its not connected when i try to go on safari? help me?

i turned off my phone restarted it disconnected the wifi and reconnected the bars show its connected but nothing that needs wifi works.it just says it not connected to wifi.

Perhaps the wifi hotspot you're connecting to has issues with its internet connection...
