I'm close to choosing razer blade over macbook pro. Talk me out of it?

I do a lot of video editing (on premiere pro). I think I'm choosing to get the Razer Blade over the 15-in Macbook Pro. Main thing that's stopping me is battery life. The Razer only gets about 5 hours while Macbook Pro is 10. Curious to hear from other video editors here.

If the "only" thing you're concerned about with respect to the non-Apple product is battery life then you should get that device. You will adjust to the battery life and be prepared by either getting a second battery or have your charging cable nearby. You didn't mention anything in regard to features or support so it's easy to conclude that you should get the non-Apple product, in my opinion.
