Im A Noob In Desperate Need Of Help

Ok So I Just Got An Iphone 3g And Tried To Jailbreak It And Unlock It. I Managed To Jailbreak It But Then Noticed The Wifi Doesnt Pick Up Any Connections For It. So I (acting Stupid) Decided I Would Clear It Out And Start All Over. This Did Not Fix The Issue Either. Then I Tried To Update The Firmware In Which It Did Onto The New 3.0, Is There Anyway I Can Reverse The Update Or If Not How Can I Atleast Get The Wifi To Work, So When I Get My Turbo Sim I Can Use The Wifi As Well??????

when i go to restore the older version through itunes its gives me an error no: 1600

yeah, i am having the same issue. I am trying to go from 3.0 to 2.2.1

I am getting 1600, 1601, 1602 errors

Are we going to have to wait until Quickpwn 3.0 comes out?
