I don’t know.
It works on my Series 3.
Do a restart and see if that helps. Restart the phone too if need be.

Try re-doing the watch (pain in the *** I know) -- but -- I had to re-do mine due to other reasons and so far Siri works well. On rare occasions it has said that for a second or two but other then that I can text / call via the Series 4.
