If my Iphone was on an at&t plan can it be made into prepaid

Am going to sell my Iphone 4 and it was on an AT&T plan, can it be converted to a prepaid phone

I don't know. Call AT&T and ask. They would be the best source of information in this regard, in my opinion.

As long as the SIM slot is unlocked, most any GSM provider anywhere should be able to support the phone.
