If I pre-order T-mobile iPhone 8 early from Apple US website?

As you might know Apple has made it a tradition to always allow pre-orders of newly upcoming iPhone in the US. first, specified only for 4 US sim providers, followed by the unlocked version around the time of global release,. 2 of the US sim providers supposedly are GSM service providers which are T-mobile and AT&T. So, my question is :
If I pre-order T-mobile iPhone 8 early from Apple US website, would it be sim unlocked & will work with any GSM carrier around the world?

Probably yes, UNLESS you get a carrier finance agreement, in that case it may be locked. Sometimes also ALL the iPhones are actually the same, OR there are just a couple models that are crossed over and sold to multiple carriers. Generally full purchased from Apple is completely unlocked. Models and bands available with each model will probably be known AFTER the product announcement, which is tomorrow. (right?) Best to wait and see, sometimes it's best to buy either the global unlocked OR Verizon model for maximum network compatibility. BUT like I said best to wait and see what the models are and what LTE and other bands they will have.
