If I delete my iCloud account from my phone, will I lose my backups?

will i lose anything backed up on it like music or pics and other stuff like that.

If you simply go to Settings - iCloud and "sign out", it will have no effect on your "backups". Having said that, it's always a good idea to have your photos and music and other important data stored several places, just in case....
