My 5th generation ipod is missing.If I buy a new 6th generation one, will my music still be there when I sign into apple?Will the 6th generation one p/up my apps and etc. from the older one.Have over 400 songs I don't want to lose.Figure if I bought a new one since the old one is missing,my music would be there when I sign in.

If you purchased your music through iTunes, then it is associated with your Apple ID and will be available when you log in with your new device.

Note that it doesn't have anything to do with your old one being missing.
