ID-ing a Notification Widget

Hey guys, I'm hoping I can get some help with identifying a system monitor widget that lives in the Notification center. I attached a picture of said widget. I've looked at a bunch of system stats widget from Omni Stat, Springprefs, SBSettings and it doesn't seem like any matches. Does anyone have an idea?
