Icons Doing Crazy Stuff (landscape)

When I press and hold an icon so i can move them (in landscape) the rotate a crazy way and move in the total opposite direction...does anyone know why this would be happening

Mine doesn't do that. I wonder if it's because you're jail broken and the jailbreak is acting weird because it's an iPad?

It's Winterboard. Mine do the same thing and when I uninstalled Winterboard it worked fine. If you want to move an icon do it in portrait and it works fine.
