Icloud Status in Itunes match

I just recently subscribed to itunes match. I had 4500 songs in my library and it only uploaded 3500. I can kind of figure out the 1k difference through the 'icloud status' column, but a few of them I don't understand. There is a whole group that says 'waiting'. Does anyone know what it is waiting for? Then there is the group, 'not eligible'. Is this because some sort of rights? Thanks!

Not eligible is usually because the bit rate is too low.

I've no idea on the waiting, I've got a group like that, too.

Waiting is because iTunes is stuck. Stop match & restart iTunes and it will continue. If that doesn't work, turn off Match, close iTunes, relaunch iTunes and reenable Match. It won't have to rematch your whole library again since what it already matched is saved in the cloud.
