iCloud Photos Sync getting stuck on Catalina

Happening across my devices. One of them finally started working, but the other two are stuck somewhere on the progress bar for the "curating" of the photos. Actually photos are syncing very, very slowly (may take a day or two for changes to show), if at all.

Anyone else seeing? Any fixes out there?

All of my photos are present, whether on may MacBook Pro running macOS Catalina or my iPhones, but I also don't have hundreds or thousands of photos in cloud like a good deal of others do. In any case, I'm sure your situation will clear itself soon.

I’m having minor issues.
I’ve rearranged some of my photos on my MacBook Pro inside of a particular folder.
Some of those changes are not reflected on my iOS devices.
Not a big deal but annoying.

Update my 2018 Mac mini this morning and photos are stuck at 4% for 3 hours now. Anyone
have a suggestion or comment?
