Icloud Panel install question?

I have two Operating Systems(XP home&Win7 home) install on my desktop. I have iTunes install on the XP side. iCloud panel only works with Vista or better. So my question is: If I install iCloud panel on the Win7 side will this be a problem?

It is possible to get iCloud working on a WinXP machine. Not all functionality will be there, but it is possible. I posted in that thread that I was able to make it work. I used xmarks to get Firefox bookmarks to sync into IE and then have iCloud sync the IE bookmarks up to my phone. (note, IE does not need to be open to have this work).

It DOES work.
