Gotcha. I just experienced it constantly asking me for my password. Every 3-5 minutes it would pop up. Phone was getting pretty hot. Ate up (now) 15% of my battery in just about 18 minutes of use. All I was doing was looking through all the settings and apps. Wasn't texting, surfing the net or anything. Went into my iCloud settings and noticed the password wasn't there so entered it, Did a hard reboot (holding home & sleep) and my phone seems better now. Not hot and has only gone down from 85% to 84% in last 10 minutes of use surfing this forum through tapatalk 2. 
Got a replacement phone over the weekend, upgraded it to 7.0 beta 2, and restored from iCloud.
It seems to work, although it got caught up at the end (post-settings, post-apps, post-music and videos) and insisted it was still restoring. Ended that process and the phone seems to be fine...
So yes and no over here, too...
