iCloud Calendar Question

I'm running Vista and Office 2003 so I realize that my Outlook calendar and iCloud won't sync.

That being said, before IOS 5 -

I had Outlook calendar syncing with Google calendar and Google calendar syncing with my iPhone 3gs.

now with ios 5 on the iPhone I turned on Calendar sync and nothing seems to be moved to the iCloud calendar. My pre ios 5 settings remain. Also if I enter a new iCloud calendar appointment it syncs to the iPhone. No old or new entries on my iPhone calendar sync to the iCloud.

Hope that makes sense. Any help in getting my iPhone calendar to the iCloud would be appreciated.

iCloud will only support Outlook 2007 and up according to the iCloud windows utility. Be sure to download the utility to get iCloud to properly work on your vista.

Thanks but I don't can't find any iCloud windows utility, I access the iCloud site from my browser and icloud.com.
Where can I find the utility?
