iCloud Calendar and Reminders on PC - No alerts

I am not getting any audible alerts from Calendar entries while using my Win 10 PC. Don't think I've ever had one. Should I?

As for iPhone and iPad, what would prevent my getting audible alerts from those please?

in regard to your iPhone and iPad, not having the proper notifications set would prevent you from not receiving any notifications.
