iCloud Blurry Photos...

After a reset iCloud was turned on and after it began uploading photos I was left with no storage and now half of the photos I need on my phone are blurry. Is there a way to return them to HQ on the phone without erasing anything, cause I don't use iCloud? Thanks.

Go to Settings > Photos > and select Download and Keep Originals.
This will download the photos in full resolution back to your iPhone.

You can then choose to disable iCloud Photos. Wait a day and erase all the photos via webbrowser on iCloud.com/photos
