iCloud Backup

I recently backed up my iPhone to my iCloud account, I'm gonna reset my phone because I usually do it to refresh the phone. I use to do this on android, I'm kinda new to iOS. So my question is, when I download the backup after a reset will all my apps be there & in the order I have them on my home screen, along with all my personal data ?

Yes! As long as you chose to backup all that in your settings.
