Been searching for a solution for a while but cannot seem to find a solid answer. Can someone explain to me why there is a Cloud only on some of the songs (most) in my iTunes library and what do I need to do in order for them to all have the cloud?

Secondly, the past few weeks sometimes when I try to add a song to my iphone it doesn't add and it shows up in the playlist but the song is all gray.

Lastly, how can I use the match feature and still add playlists that I want?
