iCleaner useful?

Anyone use this app? Thought about downloading it, but does it work?

Yeah. It does. I used it and it cleared "other" from my phone. In iTunes other was all gone. 3 GB taken off.

I like it a lot.

I have just used it for the first time now on my newly jailbroken 7.04 phone and it's freed up just short of 1GB of memory by deleting unused language packs, keyboards, unused dependencies etc from my phone. I also really like the launch daemons feature which lets you disable things that run in the background like sending crash reports to apple, I'm sure this can only positively improve the performance of your phone.
