Welcome to iMore. There really is no better or worse. It comes down to personal preference. The biggest difference is screen size. I own the 6 currently and it has been great, but when the 7 comes out I am moving to the Plus as I want the larger screen size. I have also determined that since owning the 6 for so long I will easily be able to accommodate a Plus size phone without any issues. Best thing you can do is go to an Apple Store and play with each for a bit. This should help you make your decision.
