iMore Question

I want to know how Facebook defines "Highlights" in it's notification scheme on a group page.

So, basically this is a boring one, so I apologize in advance for anyone kind and patient enough to listen. I am trying to understand the notification system. On a group page on Facebook you have 4 options:
All Posts
Highlights
Friends' Posts
Off
All of the options seem relatively easy to understand - All Posts means that you are notified every time something is posted, Friends' Posts means you are notified whenever a friend posts, and off means you don't get notified. What, then, does "Highlights" mean ? How does Facebook go about figuring that out ? Does it make random assumptions or is there a system to it ? I would be seriously grateful if someone out there could give me an inkling or a fairly weighty answer. Many, many thanks, Luke. :)
