I used the same email address for several devices.

How can I create snew addresses, and start daily sharing without losing their data.

If you share the same Apple ID with other family members, you can keep the same iTunes ID. That way they won't lose apps or game progress and achievements. But you all need to have separate iCloud, iMessage and FaceTime ID's. You can continue to use the same ID for everything, but the others need an email address of their own to create the iCloud, iMessage and FaceTime ID's. You may can use Family Sharing, but I don't know if they would lose stuff like game progress and what not.

My wife and I don't do Family Sharing. We just share the iTunes ID, but have separate iCloud,iMessage and FaceTime ID's. Works for us great.
