Did you upgrade using iTunes? Hook back up to iTunes and put your phone if you can into recovery mode and reinstall the OS. It should solve your problem.

I am trying to see if I can use an iPhone 4 temporarily for 24 hours while I wait for the 6s launch. I have a 5s on ios9. Can anyone help with this?
