I see error -54 message while syncing musicvideo files from pc to iPod Touch? How to overcome this?

I tried to add a couple of new MP4 video music files to my iPod Touch. I addeed these files to my Home Videos library in iTunes. But I keep seeing the error 54 msg every time I try to sync.
