I paid for it how do I smoke 4.5GB of data?

OK I got the 5GB plan for 30 days, there's now 10 days left and it says I have 4.5 GB left. I paid for it so I want to smoke it give me some suggestions people???

lol can't tether I'm not unlocked lol I think I'll open the Rogers OnDemand app and leave it on all night lol

lol. or just go into iTunes and download a rediculous amount of free vids? delete them, then download them again.
