i need to reset restrictions passcode

Help! I have forgotten the passcode for restrictions one 9 year olds IPod touch . I have tried backing up to iCloud and the wiping the iPod but when I set it up from the cloud back up obviously it has the original passcodes so a waste of time how can I solve this please? Any help greatly appreciated

You'll have to remember it. Or go through 10,000 tries if it's a 4 digit code.
Or wipe it and set up as new with a new Apple ID.
