My phone is backed up in iCloud, but when I go on to the site, I can only find the backup from my iPad. I need to know how to access the information backed up from my iPhone

On your iPhone, go to Settings -> General -> Storage & iCloud Usage -> Manage Storage (under the iCloud section), and then under the "Backups" section, check to see if it displays a backup for your iPhone. If it does, then you should be able to restore that backup after your complete an "Erase All Contents and Setting" function.
