I need to know how to delete previous maps on my I phone 6

I have tried many different ways myself, however none of them will delete the addresses and maps on my phone.
Help please !!!

To clear Recents in Maps... Tap the search bar... then Favorites... then at the bottom - Recents... then Clear in the upper left.
