I Need Help.....

anybody knows what is the small circle on the left upper side?
b/c of it I cant get calls, my friends think it off.
only when I make calls its gone, the secound i hang up its back again.
please tell me how to fix this...

The small circle where the "3G" usually is? That indicates that you are in an area that barely has any data coverage. (3G / E for Edge / O for other) The general cell coverage is probably pretty bad there, too, which is why you're not getting calls. You could try restarting your phone...or moving around until you find a better signal area.

The reason it goes away when you are making a call is because you can't use the cellular data connection while you are making a call.
