I literally deleted all my photos and videos and my space storage didn’t change, why?

I have an iPhone 6, 16GB and I clearly need more space just because of that reason. So I transferred all my photos and videos to my computer and than I deleted all the photos and videos of my phone and I still have more than 2GB of space storage occupied by the iPhone Photos App. Can someone help me? Does the IPhone Photos app take more than 2GB alone? I don’t think so.

Can someone help me?

Open Photos app, go to Albums section, locate the Deleted Photos folder and empty it.
