Welcome to iMore! Are you referring to your passcode (unlock code)? Go to Settings > Touch ID & Passcode, and set up a new passcode. If you're still having issues I recommend restoring your device, preferably through iTunes. More info here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201252
