if its not a apple phone i can't receiver pictures are text message's and family that not apple phone i would to stay in co tax with my family what to do? help !!

Make sure you have enabled MMS messaging on your iPhone. Also, the sender must have MMS enabled as well in order to send the photos to you.

Perhaps sending photos over email be cheaper or faster though.
