i was recovering my jailbroked iphone 5s from settings instead of itunes, i selected erase all settings and contents and now my iphone is stucked appearing an apple sign and a loading bar, kindly help asap in a detailed and easy steps,

Put the device in DFU mode then connect it to iTunes. Once iTunes find it in recovery mode, you can follow on screen instruction to factory restore it.
