I have enabled the iCloud photo library.which has been working fine, can I import to iPhoto on a Mac?

i have enabled iCloud photo library.which has been working fine

it says i have 46 videos on my phone,but when i go to import to iMovie says no videos to import?
Do they import to iPhoto on mac with photo stream or do i have to do something else?

I don't know because I don't use iMovie. Having said that, you should be able to login to your iCloud account via a computer, select the iCloud Photo Library option and then download the videos.
