I have dead pixel on my iPhone 6 ...can I repair it or i should replace screen?

I got dead pixel on edge of my iphone screen....it happend because of perssure .my phone was in my pocket and i was trying to tie my shoes.

Can i fix this ?ot i should repalce a new screen?
idont have apple care

Sure you can replace the screen but if something goes wrong it will be your problem. Apple can replace it for $129 and this will guarantee it will be done properly.
