I have an iPhone 5s....Game Center problem

My Game Center isn't working properly and when I click on friends the screen ends up saying unable to load due to network connectivity issues or errors.......but I can still open apps that use Game Center and I have just updated my iOS and done a reset aswell......but still not working.....any ideas
