I have 2 iPhone 5s both started reading the wrong time yesterday

When I turn on auto time it comes up ok for about 15 sec then changes to Etc/GMT+4

I had this happen to a Verizon 5s. After researching a bit online, many came to the conclusion that it was the Verizon PRL update. Of course big red had NO FLIPPING clue. I tried all the normal restoring and such, ended up do nothing g with the device. Good Luck!
