I had camcard business free trial, now they want $180 / year for the service???

I am trying to get in touch with CamCard. Had downloaded the app, started using it, scanned quite a bit of cards, have the business version. Now they want $5/3 users x12months for me to pay. I just emailed them, don't seem to see a phone number to talk with customer service. I don't recall seeing any of this info when I got the free trial on my phone and now I am stuck, since they won't let me log in ...without a warning, without letting me know options up front...

Help?!

What are you expecting us to do? I mean, heck, I've never heard of the app, never used the app nor do I know anything about the developers of the app. Since you've already emailed them, be patient and wait for a reply. Feel free to contact the Better Business Bureau. Try contacting Apple, if the app is for iOS, to see if they can help.
