I forgot my "restrictions" passcode. What can I do?

Forgot My Restrictions Passcode,I have tried to erase all content but the restrictions pass code entry window pops up

wat should i do? i wanna update 2 ios7.0.4,will that fix the problem?

Just restore using your computer. That wipes the code. Don't restore from a backup that's from the time you had the code.

I think that when you restore, it automatically updates to the latest version of iOS.

u right...but that's the problem...i cant connect 2 software update server wit my ip (it's blocked or something) & wit vpn speed iz pretty low 4 ios update

fixed, i restored it in dfu to 7.0.4..+jb
